It also includes a method for indicating all parties authorized to view and handle items in your collection that are stored with X Gallery. Collection Inventory Spreadsheet Templates
These spreadsheets are provided for your convenience, and can be uploaded to our Collection Management System and accessible through your online viewing Portal. There are slightly different Excel templates for art collections and archives, select the one appropriate to your items. Images of your objects should be provided separately.
