Facilities Expansion

New Space.jpg

X Gallery has completed the first of a two-step expansion, adding 2500 square feet of flexible space outside our secure storage vault. This new space includes a large, sunlit meeting space, new offices for our staff—we are delighted about this addition especially in winter as it gives us a break from the cold of the vault—and private research and study rooms. Our vision for this space is that it become not only an inviting place for clients to meet but a community gathering space for education, exhibitions, and cultural events.

Our conference area could be used for family or institutional meetings to begin legacy planning for artists or family collections, or to view their artwork. We have a large area to offer appraisers room to review artwork that cannot be removed from the premises and even space for processing private archives.

Plans are also approved for the addition of 30,000 cubic feet of climate-controlled vault storage, and we are offering new storage and service packages for long-term customers needing art or archive storage. Please contact us to schedule a visit or to learn more about how this space can serve you. We are accepting in-person appointments on a limited basis, with COVID safety protocols in place.
